About MAD Architecture&Design
MAD architecture and design is a dynamic brand of architects, designers, and artists committed to Sustainable Design. With expertise in Architecture, Landscape, Planning, Interior design, furniture design, and art installations, we offer a holistic approach to creating sustainable spaces. Founded in 2012 by architects Marie-Lyne Samaha and Anthony Daher, our studio is located in Monsef, operating both in Lebanon and globally.
At MAD, we are known for our sensitivity to local artisanal work and our hands-on approach to materials. We organize workshops throughout the year, connecting different backgrounds and fostering a MAD society dedicated to sustainability and design. Our vision is to become a platform where diverse designers can collaborate and create.
In addition, MAD is excited to join forces with artists from around the world through the MAD Art Collective. Together, we explore old techniques and traditions, aiming to preserve cultural heritage and contribute to sustainability. Our expressive art installations shed new light on fading crafts, aligning with the contemporary art trend towards sustainability.
