MITO Sport & Fitness, LLC, operating as MITO Swim Academy, provides swimming instruction and water-safety services in Pembroke Falls. Lessons take place in the main pool of the Pembroke Falls HOA community, offering local residents a convenient way to learn without leaving the neighborhood. The academy serves children and adults of all ages and skill levels, with both group and private lesson options. Its swimming program runs in four-week sessions, and instructors are certified by the American Red Cross.

Beyond swim lessons, MITO offers lifeguard services for private parties and family gatherings, helping make pool events safer. The organization also provides American Red Cross certification and training, including lifeguard courses, a Water Safety Instructor course, and CPR, First Aid, and AED courses. These programs develop practical skills for responding to water-related emergencies and supporting swimmers’ safety. MITO’s aquatic instructor training helps participants teach recreational swimmers, refine their abilities, and stay safe in and around water. For inquiries, the organization can be contacted by phone or email.
