About Mademoiselle Macaron
Mademoiselle Macaron is a brand that brings the taste of Paris to your doorstep. Inspired by the French macaron, our story began in the magical city of Paris, where our founder fell in love with the exquisite patisseries and wanted to recreate that experience. After learning the art of making macarons at the renowned Alain Ducasse cookery school, she returned to Scotland with a mission.
Unable to find macarons that matched the quality of those in Paris, she started making them at home and selling them at a local food market. Since then, Mademoiselle Macaron has become a symbol of Parisian luxury and indulgence. Our award-winning macarons are made with love in our kitchen in Edinburgh, using trusted recipes and the finest ingredients.
