About Madonna House Apostolate
Madonna House Apostolate is a Catholic ecclesial family dedicated to loving and serving Jesus Christ in all aspects of everyday life. This community, founded in 1947 by Servant of God Catherine Doherty, consists of laymen, women, and priests who bear witness to the merciful love of God revealed in Christ Jesus. Following the example of the Holy Family, they serve humbly in the spirit of poverty, chastity, and obedience, just like Mary, the perfect disciple.
Madonna House Apostolate has mission houses around the world and is committed to serving Christ in the poor by being a community of love and humble service. They offer a range of services and experiences, including shops and tours, live-in guests, clergy retreat, discerning the priesthood, and family retreats.
