About Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer
**Madrid en Marcha Contra el Cáncer** is an initiative led by the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (AECC) aimed at raising awareness and funds in the fight against cancer through various sporting events. Based in Madrid, this organization hosts a range of activities such as running events, yoga sessions, and marching events, including popular races like the VIII Carrera Móstoles and the XI Carrera Alcalá de Henares.
With a mission to unite the community, Madrid en Marcha Contra el Cáncer showcases the importance of physical activity in health and well-being, all while supporting cancer research and care. They collaborate with sponsors like El Corte Inglés and Daikin to enhance the experience of participants and offer incentives through various contests and merchandise in their online shop.
In addition to promoting sports, they provide valuable resources and support for individuals affected by cancer, making it a vital organization in the fight against this disease and a source of hope and solidarity for many in the community.
