Maeflour is an independently owned Phoenix bakery creating custom cakes and treats for weddings, celebrations, and events across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the surrounding Valley. Founded and operated by Katie Frederick, the business combines her baking background with an artistic, personalized approach. Katie works with clients to design desserts that suit their event, from a statement wedding cake to a coordinated dessert spread.

The menu includes tiered and custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, French macarons, and dessert-table selections such as brownies and bars. Cake and cupcake flavors include vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, caramel, strawberry, almond, and funfetti, with a range of buttercream and cream-cheese frostings. Macarons come in flavors such as pistachio, raspberry, rose, and lavender, and can be customized with hand-painted details. Cookies can also feature varied shapes, colors, and designs.

Maeflour offers event delivery and setup for an additional fee based on distance. Tastings are available for cake orders serving at least 50 guests, and many items can be accommodated as gluten- or dairy-free, though the kitchen is not certified for dietary restrictions.
