Maelia

Maelia is a Serbian pharmacy brand operated by AU “APTK. RS,” with its listed address in central Belgrade. Its website helps customers explore a product catalogue, find pharmacies, view promotions and learn how to reserve products.

The range highlighted in the site’s featured sections includes supplements from Russia, vitamins from England and products positioned to support immunity during autumn. Customers can contact the call centre to ask about product availability and prices, or reach the team by phone and Viber. The site also provides information about reservations, company details and customer support, including an email address for complaints and feedback.

Maelia offers a newsletter subscription and invites prospective employees to send their CVs, while providing separate contacts for premises rental and advertising or marketing enquiries. The website is available in Serbian, English and Russian, and includes online account registration and a shopping basket. Together, these features present Maelia as a pharmacy retailer combining product discovery, pharmacy information, promotions and customer assistance
