Mahesh Foundation is an India-based nonprofit organization headquartered in Belagavi, Karnataka, dedicated to supporting children living with HIV and other underprivileged children. Founded by Mahesh Jadhav, the organization began after he encountered a young HIV-positive child with nowhere to go. Its work focuses on providing care, education, healthcare, nutrition, and opportunities for children to live with dignity.

Through its Care Home, medically challenged children receive a safe place to live and essential support.
