در سال 1260 هجری شمسی، خاندان شماعی، همانطور که از نامشان پیداست، به تولید شمع و در پی آن تولید صابون سنتی از پسماندهای شمع مشغول بودند. خاندان شماعی را می توان اولین تولیدکننده صابون در ایران دانست. در سال 1300 هجری شمسی اولین کارخانه تولید صنعتی صابون با نشان حقیقت شماعی تاسیس شد. در سال 1374 با هدف تامین نیاز بازار داخلی و خارجی، کارخانه مهلران در زمینه تولید طیف گسترده ای از لوازم آرایشی و بهداشتی احداث شد. مهلران برای 7 سال پیاپی با کسب نشان صادرکننده نمونه، محصول ایرانی را با افتخار به 18 کشور جهان صادر کرد و مفتخر به دریافت عنوان مدیر نمونه کشور از سازمان ملل متحد گردید. این کارخانه همچنین تاییدیه شرکت Swiss Fine Cosmeticرا تحت نظارت دانشگاه لوزان سوییس دریافت کرده است. امروزه شرکت های الهی، فارماسان سینا، خوشه سبز و لیا تیم، مجموعه مهلران را تشکیل می دهند In 1881, Shamaee family, as its name implies (Shama in the Persian language means who make candles), was involved in the production of candles, followed by the production of traditional soap from candle wastes. The family can be considered as the first soap producer in Iran. In 1921, the first industrial factory of soap was established with the title of Haghighat-e- Shamaee and in 1995, with the goal of supplying the domestic and foreign market needs, Mahloran factory was established with the purpose of producing a wide range of cosmetics. Mahloran had been the best exporter for seven continuous years and had exported Iranian products to 18 countries; this company also had the honour to receive the title of country’s best manager from the United Nations. Mahloran Group likewise succeeded to obtain The Swiss Fine Cosmetic approval under the supervision of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Nowadays, Mahloran holds 3 branches, including Elahi, Pharmasan Sina, Khooshe Sabz, Trust, and Lia Team.
