Mahrouq is a Saudi platform dedicated to listing and buying new, unused mobile phones at prices below typical market or store prices. It connects sellers who want to turn a recently purchased device into cash with buyers seeking a new phone at a more competitive price. Listed devices are described as unopened and unused, purchased from recognized Saudi retailers, and supported by an original purchase invoice.

Before an advertisement is published, Mahrouq reviews the invoice, IMEI, and device condition, with photos and listing details helping buyers compare available options. Sellers submit the device information, asking price, photographs, and invoice for review; after approval and receipt of the device, payment is transferred to the seller’s account the same day. The platform also offers insured delivery to cities across Saudi Arabia.

Mahrouq acts as a listing and brokerage intermediary connecting buyers and sellers; it does not provide financing or instalment plans. Sellers must fully own the device and provide its original invoice
