Since 2013, the restaurant has built its approach around the seasons and the ingredients and culinary possibilities of the region around Cologne. Close relationships with local farmers, producers, and suppliers help the team bring distinctive quality to simple, thoughtfully prepared food. Guests can choose between a creative four-course “Für Dich” menu, rooted in regional cooking, and à la carte dishes in a fresh, modern inn style.
