About Mail
Mail. td provides email infrastructure for receiving messages, from temporary inboxes for individual use to tools designed for developers and businesses handling email at scale. Each mailbox is receive-only and protected by a password generated when the account is created; messages cannot be sent from it.
Free accounts retain each message for one hour, while Pro accounts keep messages for seven days before automatic deletion. Mail. td also offers premium custom domains, an API, webhooks, and mailbox password resets for Pro users.
Its History feature saves created mailboxes for convenient access: free users’ history stays on the current device, while Pro users can sync it across devices. Accounts remain active if accessed at least once every three months, with active Pro subscriptions exempt from the inactivity rule. The service includes a browser extension and provides CLI and SDK resources for developers.
Mailbox passwords cannot be recovered because the server stores only a derived key, supporting privacy; users are advised to store passwords securely
