Rakuraku Automatic Response (楽楽自動応対), formerly Mail Dealer, is a customer-support cloud platform offered by Japanese software company RAKUS. It helps organizations manage shared email inquiries in one place, making team workloads and response progress visible. Messages can be assigned to individual staff, organized by status, and tracked to help prevent missed replies, delays, and duplicate responses. Shared histories and customer timelines support handovers, consistent service, and knowledge sharing across teams.

The platform combines inquiry-management tools with AI features designed to reduce routine work. AI Assist can generate suggested replies using past correspondence, while the optional AI-FAQ feature helps create frequently asked questions from accumulated email data. Other capabilities include multiple-address management, templates, labels, reporting, internal Q&A, approval checks, customer surveys, and integrations with services such as LINE official accounts and CRM systems. Security options include two-step authentication, single sign-on, and IP address restrictions.
