MailQuell is an email verification and list-cleaning service that helps businesses assess whether email addresses are valid and safe to contact. It checks syntax, domains, MX records, mailbox availability through a live SMTP conversation, disposable and role-based addresses, catch-all settings, and signs of spam traps or automated sign-ups. MailQuell says it performs these checks without sending emails, helping users identify invalid or risky contacts before a campaign.
Customers can verify individual addresses or upload lists, and use the service through an API, webhooks, CSV or JSON exports, a Chrome extension, AI assistants, Zapier, n8n, WordPress, and a form widget. Plans range from a free monthly allowance to paid subscriptions, with one-time credit packs also available. MailQuell offers a bounce forecast and credits back for eligible addresses marked Safe that later bounce because the mailbox no longer exists.
Its AI Customer Fit tool reviews company websites from sign-ups and trial users, scoring how well each business matches a customer’s stated criteria. Team accounts, data-protection information, and customer support are also provided.
