Mailway is an email management service designed to bring incoming mail for a domain into one configurable system. Users set up DNS for their domain and create rules to route messages to one or more personal email addresses, ignore them, or send them to a webhook for programmatic processing. Its catch-all feature accepts mail sent to addresses without matching rules, while disposable addresses help limit unwanted messages by refusing mail after a few hours.

Mailway also supports sending from addresses on a user’s domain, forwarding email to Slack, and routing messages to servers on nonstandard ports when an internet or cloud provider blocks standard SMTP ports. Additional features listed include email logs, mailing lists, encrypted email storage, integrations, aggregation, and rewriting message subjects or content. The service was presented as open source and self-hostable, with a free beta offering unlimited emails and domains and up to 100 rules per domain.
