Mailweaver is an iPhone app for downloading, organizing, and searching a complete email archive across multiple accounts. It works with Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, and other IMAP mail, bringing messages, folders, years of correspondence, and attachments together in one searchable library. Mail is grouped into conversations by person and organized into collections such as orders, deliveries, bills, subscriptions, travel, and work. Users can also create their own collections.

The app includes tools for finding subscriptions and their receipts, browsing attachments, reviewing mail by year, and turning a person’s messages or a collection into a PDF or printable record. Mailweaver operates read-only and stores downloaded mail on the iPhone, so the archive is available offline. The company says it has no Mailweaver server, account requirement, analytics, ads, or trackers; Face ID can be used to lock the app. Mailweaver is offered for a one-time price of $9.99, with no subscription.
