Il progetto Interreg MAIN10ANCE ha come obiettivo valorizzare il sapere costruttivo tradizionale e l’impiego di materiali e maestranze locali partendo dall’esperienza dei complessi monumentali dei Sacri Monti piemontesi. Intende inoltre proporre un metodo di lavoro per la conservazione e la valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale che sia sostenibile economicamente, replicabile, capace di responsabilizzare istituzioni, comunità, professionisti e possa così contribuire a rilanciare il territorio transfrontaliero (Italia-Svizzera).

About MAIN10ANCE-project
MAIN10ANCE is an ambitious project that focuses on research, training, promotion, and information to redefine cultural heritage. They bring a fresh perspective to iconic sites in the territory and our history, combining traditional and innovative technical solutions to develop effective management, conservation, and maintenance practices. Their approach encompasses experimental sites, strategic professional figures, operator training, certification of skills, planned conservation and maintenance plans, green management, digital kits, and educational technical sheets.
An important event, the MAIN10ANCE closing ceremony, will take place on May 26th at the Sacro Monte di Orta. This event will discuss the research results and study on planned maintenance plans and the strategic professional figures involved in the preservation of cultural assets. The participation is free and offers educational credits for Architects.
