The Maine Christmas Tree Association (MCTA) is a dedicated non-profit organization representing family farms across Maine that specialize in producing high-quality real Christmas trees and wreaths. Established in 1962, MCTA's mission is to promote the benefits of fresh Maine Christmas trees and to connect consumers with local tree farms, whether through choosing and cutting their own trees or purchasing retail and wholesale options. The association provides a wide range of services including tree care programs, information on tree recycling, and access to scholarships.

Members also benefit from resources such as newsletters, meeting agendas, and publicity materials. Whether you are looking for a festive tree to adorn your home or seeking wholesale distribution, MCTA serves as a comprehensive resource for all things related to Christmas trees in Maine. For those wanting the charm of a choose’n cut experience, MCTA connects you with farms ready to provide an unforgettable holiday tradition.
