Mainline Models

Mainline Models is a specialist in finely crafted desktop railroad models, serving the rail industry for more than 30 years. Founded by Tom Bartzen, the company works closely with clients to understand their needs and create accurate, prototypical models inspired by contemporary rail equipment. Its products are made in HO, O, and G scales and include locomotive, freight car, and tank car models.

Each display model is mounted on a trophy-style dark walnut base with realistic track and ballast, then protected by a clear acrylic dust cover. Personalized nameplates are available in a range of finishes and styles, making the models suitable for corporate gifts, office displays, marketing, sales, and trade-show exhibits. Mainline Models emphasizes careful assembly, attention to detail, dependable service, and safe, on-time delivery.

Its customer base includes railroads, manufacturers, logistics firms, and other organizations, with clients such as BNSF Railway, Norfolk Southern, Union Pacific, and Trinity Industries. Customer testimonials highlight the quality of the finished models, responsive service, and ability to meet project and shipping deadlines
