Mainmark UK

Mainmark UK provides ground engineering and asset preservation services for residential, commercial and infrastructure clients. Part of the global Mainmark group, the company combines international reach with local expertise and has operated since 1989. Its work includes cost-effective, non-invasive approaches to ground improvement, subsidence repair and structural re-levelling.

For homes, Mainmark helps address foundation settlement, wall cracks, uneven floors and sunken slabs, with services also suited to driveways, conservatories, extensions and bay windows. Commercial and infrastructure projects can involve factories, warehouses, utilities, heritage buildings, roads, bridges, railways, airports and harbours. The company’s solutions include void filling with specialist chemical or cementitious grouts, slab lifting, sinkhole repair, pipe abandonment and foundation underpinning using engineered screw piles. Ground improvement can also enhance soil load-bearing capacity or resilience against liquefaction.

Mainmark UK develops specialised in-house solutions and works with clients to understand project needs. Its featured case studies include ground strengthening for a historic building, sealing a damaged groundwater pit and re-supporting and re-levelling an art gallery.
