Each fragrance is assigned a number alongside its name, representing its olfactory personality. Our Fragrance Wheel, inspired by Michael Edwards' work, consists of eight scent directions. We select three directions that best describe each fragrance, creating a combined number that reflects its dominant features and personality.

Maison Noir was founded by David Weber, a former derivatives trader turned entrepreneur, and Claudio Denz, a renowned perfumer with a passion for creating from scratch.
