Maison de Medusa

Maison de Medusa is a luxury wellness house in Whitefield, Bengaluru, bringing together boutique Reformer Pilates, a European-style tea room, and a programme of workshops and community events. Inspired by wellness traditions in Florence, the house pairs movement with culture in a calm, private setting. Its Pilates studio uses Balanced Body Reformers, with small-group classes capped at six participants for personalised attention. Clients can choose group, semi-private, and private sessions, as well as monthly and annual memberships. A trial session is available, with its fee credited toward a membership purchase.

The separate tea room serves matcha, specialty coffee, and freshly baked European pastries. It is open to all visitors, with no membership required, and offers a place to work, pause, or gather. Maison de Medusa also provides breathwork, mindfulness, and recovery sessions, alongside expert-led workshops, tastings, and intimate social events. Located on Whitefield Main Road, the house is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
