Maitland Show Society

Maitland Show Society organises the annual Maitland A H Show, a country show held in Maitland on South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula. The event brings together local and state competitions, with opportunities for participants to enter and win prizes. The Society also provides information for exhibitors, competitors and visitors, and invites businesses to apply for trade sites. People interested in becoming a Rural Ambassador or Young Rural Ambassador can contact the show secretary for details.

The 2026 Maitland Show is scheduled for Saturday, 21 March. Visitors can choose from gate admission or membership options, including adult and junior memberships and a family ticket for two adults and three school-aged children. The Society’s website shares show updates, entertainment information, photos and records of previous events, alongside contact details and information about sponsors. It also provides access to Maitland Caravan Park booking information. By coordinating the show and related resources, Maitland Show Society supports a long-running community event for residents and visitors to the region.
