Majestic Movements

Majestic Movements is an inclusive movement and well-being provider supporting neurodiverse teens and young adults, particularly those with autism and higher support needs. Founded by a parent of children with autism, the organisation creates structured, welcoming programs that help participants build physical health, confidence and social connection. Its approach emphasises meaningful movement and individual support, with activities tailored to participants’ needs and pace.

Programs include group fitness, one-to-one personal training, yoga and movement sessions, wellness days, and art classes delivered with a partner studio. Sessions use guided movement to develop strength, coordination, spatial and body awareness, flexibility and relaxation. Group activities also offer opportunities to practise communication and cooperation, form friendships and take part in community experiences. The organisation says its programs aim to support emotional regulation and reduce anxiety.

Families can begin with an introduction session to meet the team, observe a class and discuss suitable options. Services are available online and in participants’ homes, as well as at the studio in Coorparoo, Queensland.
