About MAK
MAK is the first Expertise Club for individuals with a migration background or an interest in multiculturalism. We aim to foster awareness of the competencies that arise from multiculturality, offering various services in Ethnobusiness and promoting diversity in corporations. Our vision is to network and empower individuals with a migration background, minimize barriers and biases at management levels, and acknowledge and promote skills.
We also strive to create cross-generational and cross-cultural role models. Additionally, we support companies in targeted communication (Ethno-Recruiting, Ethno-Marketing, IT-Outsourcing in the Balkans, and more). Our initiatives include BALKAN MINDS & BUSINESS AWARD, the BALKAN BRILLE podcast, as well as events, meetups, workshops, projects, collaborations, and mentorships.
