About Make Your Caps
Make Your Caps is an online 3D cap customizer that lets users design and prepare original headwear for home 3D printing. Its browser-based tool offers three models: a structured Trucker Cap with a snap closure, a seamless Future Cap with a curved visor, and a relaxed-fit Bucket Hat with an all-around brim. Users can recolor individual panels using real filament color palettes, then add logos, text, and patterns that conform to the model’s surface.
When a design is complete, they can export a print-ready. 3mf file that preserves its geometry, parts, and colors for use with a 3D printer. The models are intended for different materials, including rigid PLA, PLA combined with TPU, and flexible TPU.
