Makko AI

Makko is an AI-powered studio for creating 2D game worlds, artwork, animations, and playable browser games. Designed for creators with or without programming and art experience, it lets users describe ideas in plain English while AI handles much of the creative and technical work. The process begins with concept art, then supports the creation of detailed characters, backgrounds, props, and environments. Character animations can be generated from descriptions, with multiple poses and actions, while Collections help maintain a consistent visual style across assets and scenes.

Makko’s Code Studio turns a game concept into a playable experience using the creator’s own art and characters. Users can build games across genres such as platformers, puzzles, arcade shooters, and RPG-style adventures, then play them in a browser and publish them with a shareable link. Assets can also be exported for use in other projects. Makko offers a free tier with monthly art credits and weekly AI coding requests, alongside subscription plans and credit top-ups.
