Málek Restaurant

Albert Málek Restaurant is a four-star dining destination in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Czech Republic, welcoming guests to restored brewery cellars dating from 1712. Named after Albert Málek, an ancestor of the restaurant’s co-owner and a successful brewer, it continues a family connection to the Rožnov brewery’s history. The restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, carefully selected from local sources, and combines modern technology with the skill of its kitchen and service teams to create a distinctive dining experience.
