Stowarzyszenie mali bracia Ubogich, based in Warsaw, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting lonely seniors. With over 20 years of experience, we provide companionship through volunteer visits, offering a helping hand and a friendly face. Join us and become a friend to our older generation.

Our projects include the OBECNOŚĆ Program, which focuses on creating long-lasting friendships between our volunteers and elderly citizens. We organize initiatives such as Give the Christmas Eve, bringing joy to seniors since 2004. We coordinate over 700 volunteers from all over Poland who regularly visit their assigned seniors.

In addition to companionship, we also provide support through programs like the Alzheimer's Stop and Memory Recording. We offer a Helpline for seniors, where they can speak to psychologists, and conduct research on senior loneliness to raise awareness and challenge stereotypes. You can help combat senior loneliness by supporting us financially or getting involved as a volunteer.
