Malibu Beach Management is a locally focused estate management company serving property owners in Malibu. By working exclusively in the area, the company concentrates on the community it knows and provides services tailored to each client’s property and needs. It reports managing more than $200 million worth of real estate and offers customized monthly contracts following an evaluation of the home and a discussion of the owner’s requirements.

Its services include estate maintenance and preventive management, staff management, concierge support, ground transportation, household staffing, contractor and project oversight, landscaping, and entertainment and event assistance. The company can also connect clients with Malibu real estate agents for property leasing or sale.

The business grew from its founder’s experience working with parents who managed apartment buildings in the San Fernando Valley, followed by building professional relationships in Malibu. Malibu Beach Management emphasizes reliable service, quality materials, realistic project schedules, and client satisfaction.
