קבוצת מלכי יזום בנייה והשקעות

Malki Group is an Israeli real estate development and construction company founded in the late 1970s by Ezra Malki. With around four decades of experience, the family-led group has developed thousands of residential units, primarily across the Greater Tel Aviv area. Today, Ezra Malki’s children lead the company, managing complex projects while maintaining the high standards associated with its work.

The group develops and independently delivers a range of residential projects, from high-rise towers and entire neighborhoods to distinctive boutique buildings. Its portfolio includes projects in Netanya, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Kfar Saba, Kiryat Ono and Petah Tikva. Malki Group operates through complementary divisions, including Malki Construction Ltd., its engineering and execution arm. Holding an unlimited construction classification, this division carries out projects for the group and external clients, supported by advanced construction and engineering equipment.

The company also highlights activity in urban renewal and projects shaping the Netanya coastline and other growing communities. Its website provides project information, career opportunities and customer-service contact options.
