Drawing on her experience as a qualified children’s nurse and early-years educational professional, as well as her training in breastfeeding, sleep and complementary-feeding support, Sarah offers practical, evidence-informed guidance for families.

Services include individual sleep consultations, breastfeeding advice and complementary-feeding consultations, alongside workshops on these topics. Families can seek one-to-one support for specific challenges or attend a workshop to learn about a subject more generally. Consultations are available in person in the local area, as well as online or by phone.

Sarah’s approach is tailored to each family’s circumstances and aims to respect the needs of everyone involved. Rather than prescribing rigid plans, she works with families to understand their situation, address questions and uncertainties, and explore suitable ways forward. Her services are intended as family guidance and do not replace medical care or psychotherapy. She is also pursuing further training in breastfeeding and lactation.
