MAMAinForm

MAMAinFORM is a fitness and wellbeing brand supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood and every stage of life. Its welcoming classes focus on movement, relaxation, confidence and connection, without pressure to achieve perfection. Offerings include courses for pregnant women, postnatal recovery, mothers and babies or toddlers, children, and women seeking fitness or time for themselves. Children’s sessions encourage movement and confidence through age-appropriate activities, while mother-and-child classes create opportunities to enjoy time together.

The brand also hosts special events and wellness experiences, including SoulSessions, massage and relaxation, cacao ceremonies, dance parties, and yoga with sound. Additional services include retreats at Basecamp Fichtelberg, venue rental and personal training. Online options cover pregnancy, rectus diastasis, FitMom@Home memberships and a weight-loss challenge; essential oils are also featured. MAMAinFORM provides gift vouchers and shares updates and advice through its newsletter. Specially trained instructors lead the sessions, and many courses are certified and may be eligible for health-insurance subsidies. The brand operates at five locations.
