Mamas in Motion

Mamas in Motion is a women’s health and movement business founded and led by Carmen Hickmann. Its courses support women through pregnancy, the postpartum period, and family life, while also welcoming anyone seeking more movement and time for themselves. The welcoming, community-focused approach helps participants build strength, regain energy, and connect with other women.

Course offerings include fitdankbaby® programs for pregnant women and parents with children of different ages, with options such as prenatal, postnatal recovery, Mini, Maxi, and outdoor classes. The brand also offers ISS bunt, an eight-week live online preventive course focused on increasing physical activity, developing healthy routines, and supporting sustainable everyday changes. This program is designed to help participants work toward weight-loss goals and may qualify for reimbursement from health insurers.

For concerns about abdominal separation or core stability, Mamas in Motion provides a Belly Check and support using the Tupler Technique®. Many courses can be offered as certified preventive health courses under Section 20, with potential subsidies from statutory health insurance providers.
