Mama’s Mindfulness is a parent and baby wellness brand based in the Coventry area, founded and led by award-winning business owner and baby massage expert Ria Burgoine. Its classes offer more than activities for little ones: they combine expert guidance, sensory experiences and positive touch with care and support for parents. The aim is to help families nurture connection, build confidence and form lasting bonds, while offering a welcoming space to meet other parents and share the experience of parenthood.
The programme includes Luxury Baby Massage for babies from four weeks to crawling; Massage, Movement & Music for babies from around 12 weeks to one year; Baby Play for newborns until they are on the move; and Stay, Play & Learn for children from around four weeks to preschool age. Seasonal and family weekend specials are also offered throughout the year. Classes take place at venues in Kenilworth and Burton Green.
