Mama’s Mission is a maternal wellbeing and self-care practice founded by Sandra Welten in Hooglanderveen, serving women from pregnancy through birth, postpartum recovery and early parenthood. Its approach is personal, relaxed and professional, with services tailored to individual needs and a focus on helping women stay connected to themselves as they navigate parenthood. Sandra offers pregnancy massage and yoga, childbirth preparation courses, postpartum treatments and courses, and holistic baby massage.
Families can also explore parent-and-child activities, workshops and retreats, while expectant parents may hire a birth pool. Yoga classes and group activities are held at Yoga Mission in Amersfoort, and some treatments and courses are available privately or at home. The practice combines relaxation, movement and breathing exercises with practical guidance for pregnancy, birth and life after birth.
Sandra describes her work as supporting a confident, balanced journey into parenthood, drawing on her training and personal experience. The website notes that she is currently on maternity leave and directs visitors to Yoga Mission for available classes and massages
