Mamasport mit Bella

Mamasport mit Bauch oder Baby is a maternal fitness service run by Bella in and around Waldkirchen, Germany, with courses also offered in Freyung. A physiotherapist, prenatal and postnatal fitness trainer, postnatal recovery instructor, and mother of two, Bella leads sessions designed around the changing needs of pregnancy and life after birth. Her approach combines movement, body awareness, and relaxation, helping participants make time for themselves and exercise alongside other women.

BabyBAUCH offers gentle, pregnancy-appropriate training using elements of Pilates and yoga, together with breathing, perception, and relaxation exercises. StabileMITTE is a postnatal recovery course focused on restoring body function and strengthening the core from within. MAMAfit provides whole-body exercise and cardiovascular activity for mothers who can bring their babies along. Each course runs for eight 60-minute sessions, with participation timing tailored to pregnancy or postpartum recovery. All courses are recognized health-prevention programs under Germany’s Prevention Act, and participants receive a certificate they can submit to their health insurer to request reimbursement.
