COPE is an organisation dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing and mental health of people and families throughout the perinatal journey. Its mission is to raise awareness, reduce stigma and empower families facing perinatal mental health challenges, helping ensure that no parent feels alone. COPE offers trusted information, expert guidance and compassionate support for people trying to conceive, experiencing pregnancy loss, navigating pregnancy and birth, or adjusting to early parenthood.

Resources cover topics such as infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, antenatal and postnatal mental health, recovery from birth, newborn care and finding help. The organisation also supports partners, friends and family members, and provides guidance to workplaces seeking to better support expecting and new parents. For health professionals, COPE offers tools, screening resources, training and evidence-based information to strengthen compassionate care.
