Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and care of pregnant and nursing dogs, as well as their litters. Their mission is to save these vulnerable dogs from high-kill shelters and provide them with a safe and loving environment. As a foster-based rescue, Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue does not operate a shelter.

Instead, they rely on a network of dedicated foster families who open their homes and hearts to these dogs in need. This ensures that each dog receives individual attention and proper socialization during their stay. In addition to rescue and foster care, Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue also offers adoption services.

They carefully screen potential adopters to ensure that each dog finds a forever home where they will be loved and cared for. Adoption fees go towards covering the costs of veterinary care, spay/neuter procedures, and other necessary expenses. If you're interested in supporting their cause, you can also volunteer your time or make a donation.

Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue is committed to transparency, and their financial information is readily available. To learn more about their work and how you can get involved, visit their website at mamcorescue. org
