Mana kindercoaching

Mana Kindercoaching is a coaching practice in Oldenzaal, founded by Ellen Nijhuis, supporting gifted and highly sensitive children and their families. Its approach is grounded in the belief that every child already has inner strengths and can learn to recognize and use them. Through practical, solution-focused coaching, Ellen helps children explore their talents, build confidence, and feel more comfortable being themselves.

Support is tailored to each child and may address emotional overwhelm, frustration, school difficulties, or challenges with self-esteem. The process typically begins with a free introductory conversation, followed by an intake with parents and individual coaching sessions. Sessions may include creative activities, body-focused exercises, reflex integration, massage, and aromatherapy, with guidance and exercises shared with families when appropriate.

Mana also offers aromatherapy products and lists children’s massage, a toddler group, and Access Bars among its services. The practice aims to guide both children and parents through difficulties with understanding and practical support, helping children reconnect with their own capabilities and find a greater sense of wellbeing.
