Manchester Medical Center is a provider-owned medical practice serving individuals and families in Manchester and across Southern Vermont. Its mission is to make high-quality, compassionate healthcare accessible through a welcoming, patient-centered approach that values evidence-based medicine, dignity, and strong relationships between patients and providers. The center offers walk-in urgent care for patients of all ages, alongside personalized, membership-based primary care and telemedicine services.

Its clinicians evaluate and treat a broad range of urgent concerns, including minor injuries, fractures, infections, respiratory and gastrointestinal problems, skin conditions, and selected women’s health concerns. The practice also provides sports physicals, workers’ compensation care, wound treatment, and in-house testing, including blood work, COVID PCR, flu and strep tests, pregnancy tests, urinalysis, and sexually transmitted infection screening. When specialist care or additional testing is needed, the team can guide patients to appropriate next steps and referrals.
