Mandala Mamas

Mandala Mamas is a maternal wellness and community practice based in Nelson, British Columbia, offering inclusive spaces for mothers to connect with themselves, their babies and one another. Founded by Megan, a yoga teacher and trained birth and postpartum doula, the practice brings together movement, relaxation and open conversation to support women through different stages of motherhood. Classes and events are available in studio and online, connecting participants across British Columbia.

Offerings include Prenatal Yoga, with movement, breathing techniques and relaxation for pregnancy and preparation for labour; Baby + Me Yoga, which supports gentle postnatal strengthening and connection with baby; and Mama Collective Yoga, a gentle, all-levels class for prenatal, postnatal and mothers of older children. Connection Circles provide welcoming gatherings for honest sharing about the joys and challenges of motherhood. Mandala Mamas also lists doula care and specialized events among its offerings. Its approach emphasizes acceptance, community and creating a supportive environment where mothers can arrive as they are and build meaningful connections.
