Mandarin Garden

Mandarin Garden is a luxury hotel and residence development planned for Sochi’s Adler district, on the Black Sea coast. Presented as Alean Emerald Mandarin Garden 5*, the complex is scheduled to open in 2030 and will offer 349 residences designed for personal stays or rental investment. Options include one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with features such as three-metre ceilings and panoramic loggias. Owners will have access to five-star hotel services, and residences may be placed under the management of Alean Collection.

The planned amenities include a spa and thermal area with a sauna and hammam, a fitness centre, indoor pool, children’s centre and family activity spaces. Dining is a central part of the concept: Novikov Group and Family Garden are developing a programme featuring ten international cuisines, with a buffet restaurant, à la carte dining, lobby bar and pool bar. Residents will have direct access to Mandarin Beach, which the site says has received Blue Flag recognition.
