MANDO Home Organisation is a brand that is dedicated to improving the lives of nomadic pastoralists in the Southern Rift Valley of Kenya. Since 2007, MANDO has been on a mission to provide Maasai communities with access to high-quality education, clean water, and primary healthcare, enabling them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. MANDO focuses on addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality by empowering the community and creating new economically empowered, ethical generations.

Working closely with local leaders and elders, MANDO emphasizes collaboration and community involvement. They work towards improving water supplies, schools, health centers, and women's and girls' status in Maasai communities such as Eremit, Esonorua, Emboliei, and more. MANDO's approach, known as Matonyok, is based on the concept of working together for success.

This approach encourages and enables the Maasai communities to be actively involved in planning and decision-making processes. With a dedicated board comprised of community members, MANDO ensures transparency, openness, and accountability to constituents and partners.
