Mannamaru is a Sicilian artisanal amaro made in small quantities at the foothills of Mount Etna. Its recipe combines fresh peels from carefully selected Sicilian organic mandarins with a meticulous blend of 30 medicinal botanicals and pure spring water from Etna. The mandarins are sourced from local growers who use environmentally sustainable farming practices, reflecting the brand’s commitment to the landscape and communities of Sicily. Mannamaru aims to capture the island’s character and rich terroir in a distinctive drinking experience.
Recognized at the World Drinks Awards, Mannamaru received gold for design in 2024 and gold for taste in 2025. It was also named Italy’s best digestif in 2025 in the Digestif category.
