Mannbewusst

Mannbewusst is Peter Ehrenfels’s personal initiative focused on men’s identity, self-awareness and personal development. Its guiding idea is that understanding who you are—and becoming more fully yourself—can give meaning and direction to life. Peter shares his experience, knowledge and approaches to help men view personal challenges, crises and life changes as opportunities for growth and to take greater responsibility for their wellbeing and choices.

The services include coaching and mentoring, supporting men as they explore their perspectives and work through personal processes. Mannbewusst also offers guidance and resources for forming men’s groups, including a practical guide, inspiration and exercises. Workshops are available as day or weekend sessions on themes related to masculinity, being a man, father-and-son relationships, self-discovery and honesty.

The site presents a seven-step path to greater “man-awareness,” covering self-knowledge, responsibility, respect, self-worth, confidence, awareness and self-love. Through its blog, Peter shares reflections on honesty, relationships with oneself and personal healing, and invites readers to engage with these ideas.
