La société MANNELLI & ASSOCIES S.A. actuelle a été fondée en 1952 par Monsieur Tino MANNELLI à Luxembourg-Differdange qui a démarré l'entreprise avec 4 collaborateurs. En 1971, pour des raisons de santé, Tino MANNELLI a remis les rênes de la société à son fils, Remo MANNELLI. La compagnie en pleine expansion a été transférée dans la zone industrielle « Cloche d'Or » en 1992, sous forme d'une Société Anonyme. Afin d'élargir ses activités dans les domaines de la télécommunication et des réseaux informatiques, la société MANNELLI ELECTRONICS S.A. a été créée en 1994 possédant également une succursale sur le marché Français. Cette dernière est dirigée par Madame Nathalie WENDLING. Depuis 2001, le siège social de la société se situe à Bertrange. A partir de cette date, la direction a été confiée à deux Administrateurs Délégués par Monsieur Remo MANNELLI, président du conseil d'administration : Monsieur Wolfgang ECKERS Monsieur Reiner KRIPPES En 2024, le conseil d‘administration, a nommé un Administrateur Délégué supplémentaire : Monsieur Richard DEMAN Restant fidèle à une philosophie particulière depuis plus de 70 ans, nous nous adaptons au progrès et suivons sans cesse notre évolution afin de garantir les meilleures prestations.
