Manning River Rowing Club

Manning River Rowing Club is a welcoming, community-focused sports club offering rowing opportunities to people across the Manning Valley. Established in 1957, the club is based at Endeavour Place in Taree, where its boat shed overlooks the Manning River and provides access to a river course described as one of the best 2,000-metre courses in New South Wales. The club promotes rowing as a low-impact activity with physical and social benefits, combining teamwork with opportunities for individual development.

Programs are available for a range of ages and abilities, including juniors, seniors and masters. Options include Learn to Row, recreational rowing, and competitive pathways for senior, junior and masters members. The club also runs regular training sessions, such as afternoon erg workouts, and hosts aquatic events, including its summer regatta. Visitors can explore club news, event information and a gallery, or enquire about membership and rowing programs. The Boathouse Cafe is also featured among the club’s offerings.
