MANNufaktur Dresden

MANNufaktur is a men’s counselling and separation-support practice founded by Jens Geithner, serving clients in Dresden and Bremen as well as online across Germany. Its work helps men navigate relationship difficulties, separation, emotional crises, fatherhood and questions about identity and personal development. The approach is described as calm, honest, respectful and free from judgement, with support tailored to each person’s situation.

Services include individual and couples counselling, separation counselling, and a facilitated men’s group. The group offers a protected setting for 8–12 men to meet across ten evenings focused on relationships, clarity and presence. MANNufaktur also provides a free initial conversation and a downloadable separation first-aid guide with practical guidance, including ways to maintain contact with children.

Jens Geithner is a qualified social pedagogue and systemic counsellor and supervisor, with more than 25 years of experience in social work. His practice draws on separation work, biography work, potential development and systemic constellation work.
