Manse Taekwondo ry

Manse Taekwondo ry is a taekwondo club offering regular training for children, beginners, and experienced practitioners. Its programme includes foundational courses, junior classes organized by experience and belt level, fitness taekwondo, sparring practice for the competition group, and poomsae training. Classes are held throughout the week at Nääshalli, using the Budo 3 and Budo 5 training spaces.

Training opportunities are tailored to different stages of development: beginners can join introductory sessions, while more advanced students train in groups for yellow-to-green belts or blue-to-black belts. Junior sessions also accommodate both newer students and those with higher belts. The club publishes seasonal timetables and updates members about training arrangements, courses, and association meetings.

It also holds spring and autumn meetings for its members. Manse Taekwondo provides a structured setting for learning and practising taekwondo, with options that cover technique, fitness, sparring, and forms. Some sessions and activities may vary by season or depend on member demand
